CJID receiving investigative pitches on climate change 

DEADLINE: AUGUST 22, 2024 —The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) is receiving investigative pitches on climate change from journalists and editors from across West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, and The Gambia) under the Open Climate Reporting Initiative of the Centre for Investigative Journalism, London.

The CJID, through its Climate Change project, is looking for journalists, editors and newsrooms with relevant experience in investigative and accountability reporting who are interested in pursuing collaborative cross-border investigations.

Interested applicants are expected to submit their story pitches using the CJID pitch template. 

Newsroom applications should be submitted through their editor or newsroom manager.
