
DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 28, 2025 — African Liberty, a platform for advancing individual freedom, peace and prosperity in Africa, is hiring editorial and social media interns.
While the editorial intern will edit and pitch opinion editorial articles, work with writing fellows to improve fellows writing and analytical skills and conduct research to support editorial projects and initiatives, the social media intern will create, post social media content, develop a social media engagement strategy and contribute to relevant organisational communication assignments.
The editorial intern is required to have exceptional command of the English language, exceptional writing skills, impeccable attention to detail and knowledge of WordPress, among others.
On the other hand, the social media intern, based in Africa, should have strong understanding of social media best practices, graphic design and communication skills, prior experience managing official social media accounts and familiarity with advanced editing tools like Adobe Photoshop.
Interns are hired for a period of six months, which is subject to renewal.
