EU GCCA+ Youth Awards for best climate storytelling

DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 —The European Union’s GCCA+ Youth Awards seek young journalists, writers and photographers to tell powerful climate stories.

Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years and can submit work about climate change cooperation, preferably related to an EU-funded project.

The Awards will empower 5 selected storytellers from the following regions that reflect EU GCCA+ main areas of intervention:

✓ Asia / Pacific
✓ East / Central Africa
✓ West Africa
✓ Southern Africa/Indian Ocean
✓ Latin America / Caribbean

The five award winners will participate in a 6-week Masterclass by Climate Tracker.

The deadline for registration and submission is September 22, 2021
