DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2026 — Experienced journalists who want to enhance their understanding of business and economics, finance and technology can apply for the Knight-Bagehot Fellowship.
Applications for the class of 2026-27 are open. Fellows will spend two semesters at Columbia Journalism School and take most of their classes at Columbia Business School.
Fellows will receive full tuition, health insurance and $7,800 a month. Subsidised Columbia housing is also available.
The Knight-Bagehot Fellowship is the most comprehensive and rigorous business journalism fellowship in the world.
