SEPTEMBER 10, 2024 — MacDowell is currently accepting applications from artists for the Spring Summer 2025 residency season.
Artists of all backgrounds and all countries working in architecture, film/video arts, interdisciplinary arts, literature, music composition, theatre, and visual arts can apply for the MacDowell fellowship.
The sole criterion for acceptance is artistic excellence, which MacDowell defines in a pluralistic and inclusive way. While there are no residency fees, need-based stipends and travel reimbursement grants are available.
The deadline for applications is September 10, 2024.
