DEADLINE: MAY 27, 2026 — The Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) seeks an experienced editor for its 12-month investigative journalism mentorship programme.
The editor will support five female journalists participating in the mentorship programme under the “African Media Integrity and Resilience Programme” from July 2026 to June 2027.
Applicants must have at least five to seven years of editorial experience in journalism, a strong background in governance, accountability or public interest reporting, demonstrated mentoring experience, and strong editing and storytelling skills.
Candidates must also show commitment to gender inclusion and ethical journalism practices.
The deadline for applications is May 27, 2026.
