PIND Media Fellows Programme for Narrative Change in the Niger Delta

DEADLINE: OCTOBER 12, 2026 — Applications are currently open for the inaugural, six-month PIND Media Fellows Programme for Narrative Change in the Niger Delta.

The fellowship is organised by the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), in partnership with the School of Media and Communication (SMC), Pan-Atlantic University.

The six-month Fellowship will strengthen development journalism and support balanced, evidence-based and solutions-focused storytelling on the Niger Delta through professional learning, field immersion, mentorship and practical story production.

Up to 5 to 10 fellows will be selected for the fellowship.

The deadline for applications is October 12, 2026.
