DEADLINE: DECEMBER 26, 2021 —The Republic invites writers to critically discuss the theme, “The Road to 2023: Nigeria’s Changing Political Landscape” for its February-March 2022 print issue.
Submissions will cover under-discussed and underreported aspects of Nigerian politics, especially in marking a close to the Buhari administration and ahead of the 2023 elections.
The Republic seeks analytical and engaging essays, lectures, speeches, reading lists and book reviews that can serve as authoritative/definitive subject-matter guides to both scholars and professionals.
Interested writers will submit entries ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 words.
Authors of accepted submissions to this issue will be paid.
The deadline for submission of first drafts is December 26th, 2021.
