DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 25, 2024 — The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) has a one-day workshop aimed at improving the quality of reporting on Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
This initiative, through CJID’s Media in Gender Project, is for journalists based in Abuja. It will empower media professionals with the knowledge, tools and ethical practices to address GBV effectively through accurate and sensitive storytelling.
Applicants must be permanently based in Abuja and currently working for media outlets within Abuja. They must have a minimum of two years of experience in print, digital, radio, or television journalism and must be available to attend the full-day workshop on December 2, 2024.
The deadline to apply is November 25, 2024.
