DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 20, 2026 —Applications are currently open for the 2026 Club of Rome Communications Fellowship.
This Communications Fellowship is a seven-month mentoring programme aimed at increasing the diversity of voices covering sustainability issues and supporting early-career communications professionals from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
The fellowship offers a modest stipend towards living costs and includes work-related travel costs.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in science or journalism, and/or be a current student or graduate of a science journalism programme.
Some experience in writing about systems thinking or sustainability research for non-specialist audiences via blogs, newspapers, university websites or other outlets OR experience in producing multimedia content on relevant topics is also essential.
The application deadline is February 20, 2026.
