DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 15, 2024 — Investigative journalists can apply for this training to enhance their skills in uncovering corruption, money laundering and embezzlement.
The Platform to Protect Whistleblowers in Africa (PPLAAF), African Centre for Media & Information Literacy (AFRICMIL) and Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA) will host this training session in Lagos, Nigeria, from December 2 to 4, 2024.
This training will focus on investigative journalism and the pivotal role of whistleblowers in investigations. It will equip journalists with the tools to effectively conduct investigations into illicit financial flows while ensuring the protection of whistleblowers, a vital aspect of accessing specific information.
