For BBC Pidgin, the senior journalist will take full editorial responsibility for the creative and timely delivery of daily output.
The senior journalist must be fluent in Pidgin and English. He or she must be able to type quickly and accurately too.
Required skills and experience also include a demonstrable track record of growing social media platforms and engaging with audiences, a deep understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, and the ability to mentor, lead and inspire journalists to bring out the best in them.
