NAMIP’s sustainability challenge seeks Nigerian media organisations 

DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 28, 2023 — The Nigeria Media Innovation Programme (NAMIP) wants independent Nigerian media organisations to apply for its Sustainability Challenge.

Winners will be awarded up to $50,000 for their project and join NAMIP’s innovation and capacity building programme that extends up till 2024.

Interested Nigerian media organisations can partake in a virtual Q&A session for further clarity on the programme.

Media organisations focused on resolving or enhancing their “organisational sustainability” by building innovative news and information products can apply.

NAMIP encourages applications from existing independent media companies, non-profit media and new ventures who have projects or news products that address: Digital native products, Reaching rural communities, Technology innovation for distribution, New Revenue opportunities,  and Transition to digital.

The deadline to apply is February 28, 2023.
