Prime Progress seeks pitches on repressive practices in Africa

Prime Progress is accepting pitches for stories on repressive cultural, religious, and social practices across Nigeria and Africa.

Prime Progress seeks stories of victims of repressive practices, such as early child marriage, breast ironing, female genital mutilation, dehumanising widowhood rites, witch-labelling and scarification.

While priority will be given to video stories, text with photo stories can also be submitted.

Interested applicants must submit at least two links to two previously published stories.

Selected applicants will receive payment for their stories.
