Code4Africa (CfA) is currently accepting applications from professionals in Africa for the following vacancies:

• Senior Editor in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, or anywhere else in Africa to shape cutting-edge digital storytelling across the continent.
• Fact-Checkers in Burundi, Central African Republic, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, and Guinea to help verify misinformation.
• Investigative Data Analyst in Ethiopia, Sudan, Cote D’Ivoire or Uganda to help debunk disinformation and hate speech.
• Senior Software Engineer in Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa, or Remote (Africa) to build digital tools that strengthen Africa’s democracies and empower citizens.
• Infographic Illustrator in Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, or anywhere else in Africa to create compelling visual storytelling and infographics for watchdog media and digital democracy initiatives across Africa.

• Deputy Investigative Manager in Africa to support the fight against disinformation and transnational organised crime

• Courseware Developer in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria or anywhere else in Africa with strong pedagogical expertise to create impactful e-learning experiences

CfA is Africa’s largest network of indigenous African civic technology and investigative data journalism laboratories aimed at empowering citizens by leveraging technology and open data to build societies that are better informed and more engaged.
